We’re asking that all clients can ensure that they will be able to have
all of the following prepared 15 Min. prior to scheduled shoot time, before scheduling a shoot on our calendar:

• Cars removed from driveway
• All lights ON
• All fans OFF
• All TV’s OFF
• Blinds Open
• All closet and pantry doors CLOSED
• Shower curtains OPEN
• Toilet seats DOWN
• Clutter removed from countertops
• All small rugs removed

We also ask that no more than 1 homeowner/agent are present inside the home while your shoot is under way.

Shoots take approx. 1 hour for homes up to 2500 sqft.
